INPIA General Assembly: Association Inspector Reappointed + Photo Coverage

The second extraordinary ordinary general assembly of the National Association of Polymer Industries of Iran was held with the broad participation of members, during which the board of directors’ performance report, the financial report, and the inspector’s report were presented. At the end of the meeting, the association’s principal inspector was reappointed to his position.

According to Exir Polymer Media, the second extraordinary ordinary general assembly of the National Association of Polymer Industries of Iran was held today with the widespread attendance of members at the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Amin-al-Zarb Hall. Representatives of Exir Polymer Arad Manufacturing Company also attended the assembly.

At this session, the association’s board of directors’ performance report was presented by Engineer Babalou, the financial report by Engineer Sahaf Amin, and the inspector’s report by Engineer Tork, and these were read and presented to the members.

Subsequently, the issue of membership entry fees and membership renewal fees was put to a vote. Based on the resolution approved by the assembly, the association’s entry fee was set at 40 million tomans, and the membership renewal fee was determined to be 30 million tomans.

In the final part of the assembly and based on the results of the voting, Engineer Tork was reappointed as the principal inspector of the National Association of Polymer Industries of Iran with 66 votes, and Dr. Jafarzadeh was elected as the alternate inspector with 14 votes.
