The pp compound of the 80 series (Polypropylene + CACO3) is a hard and strong thermoplastic. The use of high-quality and finely graded calcium carbonate on one hand, and excellent filler and polymer combination on the other, not only gives the polymer slight quantitative property loss, but also increases dimensional stability (i.e. reduces shrinkage) and improves stiffness and heat resistance. These features make the polypropylene compound of the 80 series an excellent product for various applications. The difference between PP 8005, PP 8002, and PP 8051 lies in the production formulation.
